Established in 1990, Just Lets Residential Property Management is known across Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire for providing a good quality, reliable and professional service for the letting and management of residential properties. That’s because we’re owned and run by landlords: our team has years of first-hand experience renting out property, and knows what’s needed to keep things running smoothly.
How we get here
When Ann McCurdy founded our original Oundle branch over three decades ago, she made it her mission to put honesty, reliability and professionalism at the core of Just Lets, seeking to operate the business ethically and provide an uncompromisingly thorough level of service at a fair price.
These core values remain at the heart of our activities today, and are applied equally to our landlords and tenants alike. So, whichever category you fall into, you’ll be in safe hands with Just Lets.
Our Branches
Having started out with a single branch in Oundle over thirty years ago, we first expanded in 1998 with the opening of our Peterborough branch. Thrapston and Wisbech locations followed in subsequent years, and we now have four branches covering Peterborough, Oundle, Thrapston and Wisbech.
While our services differ marginally from branch to branch, all four locations have been built around our core values of honesty, reliability, professionalism, ethics and value for money. No matter which location you work with, you can count on our team to go the extra mile to make your experience as a landlord or tenant a memorable one (for all the right reasons).

Property Management Team
Steph Heron
Steph is the owner of Just Lets Peterborough and has been with the business since it was established in 1999. He is a Landlord with a portfolio of properties in and around Peterborough and so knows the importance of letting your properties quickly and letting them to good quality tenants.
Heidi Birkhead
Heidi is the office manager and has been with the company since 2003. She is an experienced property manager with a good eye for detail and knows what appeals to tenants. You can be sure that she will treat your property as though it were her own – and make sure the rest of the team do the same too!
