Our Oundle branch was where it all started. Established in 1990 by Ann McCurdy with the intention of providing a good quality, reliable and professional service for the letting and management of residential properties, it paved the way for each of our other offices.

“I wanted to create a service that concentrated solely on letting and management,” said Ann, “and there was no other company that could provide that service at the time.”

Since the foundation of our Oundle depot, Just Lets and its team has grown in knowledge and experience, and now offers a comprehensive letting and management service in four different locations.

Landlords

At our Oundle branch, both Fully Managed and Tenant Find services are available for landlords. Fully Managed is our most popular option and, as you’d imagine, is a comprehensive service which allows you to take a back seat while we manage the day-to-day upkeep of your property, take care of maintenance queries and liaise with the tenant. Our portfolio of properties, located in and around Oundle, range in size from two to five bedrooms and are maintained to very high standards. Client Money Protect Membership Number: CMP003891

This scheme protects your money (as a tenant or landlord) in the unlikely event that we, the lettings agent, enter administration. It also protects against theft or misappropriation, and became a legal requirement in 2019.

Redress and Dispute Resolution

The Property Ombudsman Membership Number: 01459

As of 1 October 2014, lettings agents are required to join an independent, government-approved redress scheme to resolve disputes between consumers and agents. The Property Ombudsman has been doing just that for 27 years, and its service is free and impartial.

Deposit Protection Service Agent ID: 1135769

Mandated in The Housing Act 2004, tenants’ deposits must be protected within 14 days by a government-approved scheme. We are currently a member of the Deposit Protection Service, and have been since it began operating in April 2007.
