The Fees

Properties

You will not be required to pay any fees until you have found a property that you like.

When you make an application for Tenancy of that property you will be required to pay the application fee.

A holding deposit will be required to secure the property in your name whilst we are taking references.

When the references are acceptable you will be required to pay the Deposit and the first months rent.
