Just lets Oundle is owned by Ann McCurdy since inception in 1990 and managed by Philip Gross who has been the manager of Just Lets Oundle since 2004.    

Between them they have a comprehensive knowledge of the local housing and area and are eminently able to help tenants find the right property to suit them and their budgets and, for those tenants new to the area, to settle into their new homes and the local community

Historic Oundle is the home of Oundle School a leading independent school.  In 638AD records show the Talbot Hotel as a hostelry inhabited by monks who gave food, drink and shelter to pilgrims and wanderers.  The buildings in the attractive town centre are primarily of a light stone and Colleyweston slate.  There is a market every Thursday and a Farmers Market once a month on a Saturday. 

Oundle is an easy and friendly town to live in an offers good schools, both private and state as well as toddler groups and pre and after school care.  Sport has a high profile locally with facilities available for most sports including Cricket, Rugby, Badminton, Running and Swimming.  If you fancy yourself as a singer or actor there are drama groups such as the Gilbert and Sullivan players who put on an annual performance.  There is also The Stahl Theatre which regularly puts on professional performances. 

Housing in Oundle and the surrounding villages is varied, from ancient stone built cottages and houses to modern family homes.  The town is small enough for most people to cover on foot.  The nearest City is Peterborough just 14 miles where most large stores and popular shops can be found along with main line Inter City rail links and Coach services.
