Just Lets Residential Property Management was established in 1990 by Ann McCurdy with the intent to provide a good quality, reliable and professional service for the letting and management of residential properties.  “I wanted to create a service that concentrated solely on Letting and Management and there was no other company that could proved that service at that time”  Since then Just Lets and its team have grown in knowledge and experience and can offer a pure and dedicated service in Letting and Management.

 
Service: We can just find tenants for properties but also offer a full service in managing a tenancy from start to finish.  Our inventories are comprehensive and as such a valuable account for both landlords and tenants of the state and condition of properties.  The aim is to give both parties a fair and transparent account of the property prior to a tenancy and for deposit returns at the end of a tenancy.  As part of our management service we will carry out regular property visits with reports for both landlords and tenants.  Our aim is to keep Landlords informed as to the condition of the property during the tenancy.  When required, we have a dedicated team of maintenance engineers who give priority to our properties, or we can liaise with landlords preferred maintenance engineers. 

Tenants:  We will talk to tenants to find exactly what property will best suit them, we will even introduce a lifestyle to tenants new to the area supplying information about schools, sports and local and social interests.  We take time to help our tenants settle into their new homes.
 
Landlords:  For some landlords owning property to let is a business for others it is the most important investment they will ever make.  Landlord’s can be as ‘hands on’ as they want or can hand over entirely the day to day running of their properties and residential letting.  Whether you are a landlord of just one property or many properties we treat all properties and landlords the same, sharing our wealth of experience, in bringing each tenancy together with the aim of achieving less stress, happy and profitable investments in letting. 
 
Properties:  Houses, like us, get older and general maintenance is essential to keep properties in the best possible condition and therefore attaining the best possible rents, Property Visits are not primarily a check on tenants, although it does bring any anomalies to our attention.  The visits also give tenants an opportunity to discuss any minor maintenance issues so that the properties can be kept in a well maintained order throughout the tenancies.  At the end of each tenancy a check out report will enable us to inform landlords of any other essential maintenance required.
